Add a Siri 🤖 Shortcut Action to Automate Brick Mode 🧱

Since we can brick ourselves remotely...
...might as well permit the use of shortcuts to set up bricking windows, etc.
We are solely responsible for knowing where our physical device is for unbricking. The community, including myself, are ready to take this responsibility on.
Here's a simple use case, I want to be unbricked for 30 minutes and then start working on other projects.
I can easily create a 30 minute timer and then just open the app and brick myself.
However, I can just as easily hit that grey "X" and let another hour float bye without changing my current focus.
A shortcut wouldn't even give me the opportunity to be tempted to postpone or cancel it.
This feature would greatly benefit my experience with Brick. Please consider adding it. Thanks & Merry Christmas!

I second this
Currently using a combination of my partner having parental control of my phone (how embarrassing) to have stricter app limits in combination with brick.
But it would be great to be able to control this on my own. Even cooler would be to have time of emergency app specific bricks for which maybe you could choose within the mode.
Eg. You could set up 3 unbricks for email within any individual given time bricked in certain mode. I’d find this a huge improvement from setting a time limit. An open limit would be super cool

Time out lock
Nicholas Gregg
While brick is active the user can use the phone for a set amount of time. Once the time is reached the phone is locked for a set time.
Say I use the phone, I have 5 minutes from the time I start using it till it locks out. Closing the phone doesn't reset the timer. Once the timer is completed I have to wait X time before the phone can be used again. Both the usage time and the locked time can be configured.

If we're trying to be in control of our phone, unbricking shouldn't be permanent. This solution would be the most powerful, and would make my life easier. TYVM!

Add brick mode toggle on to shortcuts
Jethro Pugh
There is currently a “check is brick mode enabled” shortcut action, it would be great to add a “turn brick mode on” so that you could set up automations eg when I arrive at work automatically activate brick mode etc.

Please don't allow us to disable brick mode with shortcuts tho, I really don't need that easy of access.

Love this and completely agree!!
